2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Free Replacement)

If your GlowBerry product arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing parts

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, GlowBerry will provide a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you purchased from our website and changed your mind:
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
